David Lam - Founder & Visionary

David Lam has been building things from the ground up his entire life — long before he founded Meiga Development. Born in Saigon in 1964, he taught himself multiple languages, survived eight escape attempts from Vietnam, and arrived in Calgary in the winter of 1985 with little more than determination. Over the next two decades, he went from washing dishes on Electric Avenue to designing and building some of Calgary's most recognized commercial and hospitality spaces. With over 20 years in the industry, David brings a perspective no classroom can teach. Get in touch — it's a story worth hearing in person.

Steven Ho - Lead Architect / Knows the Code 

Have a project in the US and you need a local architect? Look no further! Steven is licensed to practice in both Canada and the US. Churches, Condos, Houses, Restaurants, Health Care Facilities...you name it, he's drawn it.  Bonus: Steven is active in the community helping to preserve Calgary's Chinatown and is often working on pro bono projects that are close to his heart.
